I have the IROBOT discovery that just got a new battery. IT ran great! As the battery was dying, I put it into the home base. The "brick" is green, the home base has two green lights and the on/off pulsates red. It never charges though. Eventually the red light stops pulsating. Customer service said to reset it, clean the metal, and nothing works! They told me to just buy another one. The problem is that I know it was working! Help!

The best thing that you can do is take the charger into somewhere that can test it for the proper output voltage. It should be somewhere very close to 22 volts with no fluctuation. The charger is the easiest thing to test in this case. ... iRobot Roomba 4210 Bagless Robotic Vacuum

My Reliable T730A Canister Steam Vacuum is not working. The red (empty) light stays on even though its full and it doesn't produce any steam. I doubt that the water is getting down into the heating chamber. How easy is it to take apart and clean or can I just blow compressed air through it? Any help most appreciated. Steve [email protected]

You can probably just blow it out with the air compressor. If you have a air pressure regulator on the air compressor then I would turn it down to about 30-40 psi. Then try to blow out the line. ... Reliable T730A Canister Steam Vacuum

I have a Roomba 560 (it's still in warranty !!) and, after my summer vacation, it has a problem. When I'm charging Roomba, the orange light blinks (and this is normal!) but this orange blinking continues forever.... the light doesn't change to green. If I detach Roomba from the charger, the light become green and it works normally until the light changes to red and I have to charge it again. The problem is not with the charger itself but it is with the battery inside the Roomba. It sunds like one or more of the cells has gone bad so its not holding the same charge as it did. I would recomend sending it in while the warranty is still vali ... Roomba Robotic Floor Bagless Vacuum

Dirt finder I have a Hoover U6439-900.  After the cleaner was used a few times, the dirt finder light cycles between green and red on the regular setting and will not go to green.  On the sensitive setting, the red light stays on most of the time.  I have tried to run the cleaner to remove any dirt but have not solved the problem.

Roomba Schedular I have a Roomba Scheduler and it has worked great until recently. Suddenly it quit working. When it is charging the power light goes from red to green as it should, showing it is ready to use.
