Controller's small red light flashes constantly, meaning that electric blanket will not heat up. Instructions state switch off, wait, then re-try but this does not solve. Web search for 'Spares' does not actually give spares sellers, only those wishing to sell full new product! Does anybody know of a true spares seller please? Dreamland themselves do not appear to sell spares. UK only.

When the controller is flashing red, this means that there is a problem either with the controller or the wiring inside the blanket. You might try looking on Ebay. You might find a spare there. The safe thing to do though is just purchase a new one. ... Vacuums

I purchased a Eureka C4910 last year and have a question that I am hoping you can answer. There are two motor actions with this vacuum, 1) the vacuum suction, and 2) the beater bar. The action of the beater bar is that motor is supposed to automatically shut off when the handle is in the complete vertical position assuming the vacuum is stationary, but then turn on when the handle is tilted toward the floor, assuming the vacuum is moving back and forth. The beater bar motor turn-on mechan

I just purchased and electric percolator. I plug it in to see if it worked. It percolated but never shut off. The electric cord and pot look brand new. On the bottom it is stamped US patent 1999329 108-115 volts 425 watts. Percolator No 201. It says there is a fuse inside. Could this be the problem? I haven't used and electric percolator and do no t know what to expect.

The fuse would not be the problem as it would cause the percolator to not work at all.The patent expired in 2007 and wasn't renewed so the company is likely out of business meaning no parts. Is there a removable panel somewhere? If there is,would you o ... Vacuums

I bought a Kenmore canister vacuum, model 116, in April 2007. This morning, the sound of the motor suddenly began to deepen, and I began to lose suction. Normally, if something is clogging the hose, the motor will wind up to a higher pitch, not a lower one. The filters are clean, the bag is empty, and I can't detect anything lodged in the hose. If this were a car's engine, I would say it's "lugging down". Any pointers?
