How can I change the belt on the kirby vacuum shampooer brush roller. There is no way to snap the roller out and it seems that trying to unscrew the end isn't doing anything either.Model 5584 renovation group is what is written on the shampooer attachment. Have a Centralux Aerus about 5 years old. Don't see a model number. There is suction but beater brush quit working. Bissell 6595 problems with roller brush. I've had this happen with two of the same model. Each one didn't last more than seven months! My Hoover Windtunnel Mach 6.9 brush roller quit working. Upon investigating I found that the idler arm pulley was broken so I managed to replace that. Before putting the cover back on I see the control knob for the roller brush moves a plastic piece left or right to activate/deactivate the brush roller. Roller Brush How do I install the roller brush. I didn't pay attention when I removed it and now when I attempt to vacuum my low carpet it doesn't seem to be working.
