The Panasonic MC-V7515 has two belts. The local vacuum repair guy says he only has a part number for the drive belt, which is UB-9. How do I find a replacement for the other belt, the one which directly drives the beater bars? By the way, this vacuum has great suction, but otherwise is far inferior to my previous Panasonic vacuums. The cheaper models aren't a good buy--stick with the more expensive models.

Which Kenmore vacuum cleaners are made by Panasonic? Are all of their direct drive machines made by Panasonic? We have a blue Hoover Windtunnel with the dirt sensor. It cleans well, but it is unbelievably noisy. I wondered if something was out of place and the brushes were hitting, but everything looks normal. We bought Kenmore models 36722 and 36724 and love them. I believe they were made by Panasonic. Our Kirby sits in the basement. Much heavier. These are quiet and clean well. I would like an

Some Kenmore vacuums are made by Panasonic, some are made by Hoover or Eureka or even Sebo. I would go to a Panasonic dealer for that kind of machine instead of trying to go by the Kenmore brand. I have any easy-flo built-in vacuum. I recently had the bearings on the motor, top and bottom replaced. I put the vacuum back together and it mow has low suction power. There is plenty of suction on the side of the canister where the rigid tubing meets the canister body but little suction at the wall plates. Any ideas? Roger

There is either a blockage or a pipe is open somewhere. You should check the system at the wall valve without the hose to determine if the pipes are blocked or if perhaps the hose is plugged. If one of the wall valves is damaged or open, this will af ... Vacuums

Hi I’ve got a Panasonic vacuum cleaner MC E468 1600W a few years old now but works well up to recent problem. Not picking up I checked the obvious things and found excessive air being sucked in around the hose housing at the back of the vacuum (as it enters the waste bag) On inspection it appears to me as if there should be some sort of gasket that may have perished and been sucked in, however I can’t identify any such part. Any thoughts on what the problem/solution may be will be appreciate

The hose on the back might be loose - check to see that the hose is not obstructing anything where it screws in at the back - or indeed the screws may be loose themselves; some of the MCE 468 models had an additional ring washer that sits between the ... Panasonic Vacuums

Poor suction I have a hoover hush s5627 vacuum purchased about 4 years ago from Costco. It's suction power isn't so good anymore. I've checked all the lines & hoses and they're clear and I've changed the bag. I even disconnected the pipe from the vacuum unit and held my hand over the intake. While the machine roars like a jet engine the suction power just ain't like it used to be. What could possibly be the problem?

This vaccuum has a Fan Blade inside connected to the motor that spins to create the suction you feel. After a few years of use (and misuse) the blades on this (plastic) fan will be broken off, thus damaging the unit. These Fans are replaceable if yo ... Vacuums

I have an old Progressive vacuum cleaner that says "Hepa Filter" and "Whisper Belt". Not sure what the model # is.
