Roomba Discovery My Roomba Discovery seems to work fine, mechanically, but it no longer seems to collect any dust. (The collection bin remains empty after the Roomba has circulated around the floor for quite a while). The brush has been replaced and spins normally. Roomba Discovery My Roomba turns on and moves but the brushes won't turn. Someone told me that I had forgotten to put in the yellow and black end bearings, but I did. My 400 series Discovery Roomba will no longer charge. It shows a green "charged" light, but when I hit clean, all lights/vacuum, etc just go out and it stops. Bissell 6595 problems with roller brush. I've had this happen with two of the same model. Each one didn't last more than seven months! First, it became loud when vacuuming, then there was a burning smell. When you try to replace the belt, you see that won't do any good because the fitted end of the brush is melted.
