Roomba Discovery wiggles back and forth and turns over and over

\015 My 8 month old Roomba Discovery has just started moving forward and "wiggling" back and forth in the middle of the room when you turn it on, goes about 2 feet, then turns and wiggles back to where it started 2' away. Wheels are cleared of hair, etc, blew it out with compressed air for dust on sensors, etc. It still responds to the bumber, turns 45 degrees or so then starts wiggling again. Any ideas?\015

No matter your model Roomba, this occurs when Roomba has gone "crazy." Its brain is no longer working properly and you can usually tell this when you've cleaned the dickens out of it a few times and the behavior is still the same. There's only one possible user fix and that is to take out the battery, hold down the power button for 20-30 seconds then reinsert the battery.
\015\012If that doesn't do the trick, IRobot might send you something called an Ozmo which you put in the data port to rewrite Roomba's brain. Unfortunately this requires it to be under warranty unless you get lucky. Good luck, all!
In the Roomba service manual it says that this is the result of a wheel drop switch problem - it may have failed (replace), worked loose (fix with hot-melt glue) or be dirty (clean with alcohol and blow dry). However I got the same symptoms on my Roomba Sage and the problem was that only one side of the brush guard had clicked back into place after I had cleaned the brush and roller. The other side projected down just enough to trigger the wheel drop switch. An easy fix, which makes a nice change!

I installed a new battery in my Roomba 540. It charges and runs directly with power cord but will not charge on dock. When I push the dock button, it acts like it "sees" the dock and approaches it and even slides on, but then gets back off again and just keeps going back and forth until I turn it off.

My Discovery 4210 Roomba will run normally for about 20 minutes on a smooth, wooden floor. It then begins the following sequence: run forward a few inches, turn in a tight counter-clockwise circle a few revolutions, stop, power off a few seconds, power up, repeat cycle from forward run. The sequence can be repeated seemingly endlessly if I don't turn off the power manually. I've replaced the motor, and led revolution sensor system on the left drive wheel. I purchased a Eureka C4910 last year and have a question that I am hoping you can answer. There are two motor actions with this vacuum, 1) the vacuum suction, and 2) the beater bar. The action of the beater bar is that motor is supposed to automatically shut off when the handle is in the complete vertical position assuming the vacuum is stationary, but then turn on when the handle is tilted toward the floor, assuming the vacuum is moving back and forth. The beater bar motor turn-on mechan
