"Please clean Roombas brushes"

\015 I have a roomba 530. It is making a clicking noise, and runs for about two minutes then stops stating, "Please Clean Roombas Brushes."This occurs even after the brushes have been cleaned. Any advice?\015

Same thing happened to me. After "cleaning" the brushes and emptying the filter several times, I realized that the brushes were not properly secured. One of the yellow fasteners needed to be pushed closer to the middle nearer to the brushes. It was not secured properly. When I did this it fixed my problem.
The arrow on the yellow rings at the end of the brushes are not aligned correctly.  Make sure they line up and are set correctly on each end of the big brush
