Royal RY9200 not getting power to roller motor

\015 I have a Royal RY9200. It blows instead of sucking and the brush is not turning. Taking the bottom cover off found that the belt is not broken therfore is the roller motor that is not working. The motor is not shorted and I think it may not be getting power to the motor. What should I do next? and Is there a maintenance manual that I can get a hold of?\015

My electrolux ambassador power wand quit working. I replaced the switch that shuts it off when the roller stops, but it wasn't the problem. The on/off switch is fine, the motor is fine. We have traced the problem to the wires inside the canister by opening the inside cover to the bag container. We see the power cords going into the canister but we're not able to get to anything. We can't find any screws to undo that would open it up in order to follow the wires deep into the canister. We've bypa

I replaced the motor, which didn't fix it. Is the reset switch next on my list? T

The brush wouldn't work when the selector switch was in carpet mode. Took the power head apart and removed the motor. Everything o.k. in the power head. Checked and found that the neutural wire had pulled out of the connector, the connector was never crimped at the factory. What a day! Took 2 hours and a large pizza to get it done. Neutral wire was in the hose just below the handle. Reconnected the wire and crimped it, put everything back together. It works!!!!
