Hi. We have a Riccar N2100 vacuum cleaner, which has served us well for many, many years. I'd like to attempt a repair on this unit, and looking for advice and/or a parts diagram to proceed. The unit makes a groaning sound when shut off. The sound tapers off in pitch as the motor and beater bar come to a stop. The sound only happens when the vacuum cleaner is turned off in the normal upright position. The sound does not happen when the lower unit and main housing are both laying flat. I took

I have a Series G Kirby Model G7D. The other day when I was vacuuming all of a sudden the TechDrive (Power Drive Assist N/D) pedal fell off. I see the hole that it goes into but when I put it in it's loose and falls out and doesn't control the power drive anymore. When I shook the vacuum I heard something rattling around inside the vacuum head. So I unscrewed the bottom and looked inside and found a small metal part labeled K3 on one side and T on the other side. It looks like it would fit

My Hoover vacuum is not vacuuming the carpets or floors. When I release the tube to use the smaller end the suction works perfect. The Panasonic MC-V7515 has two belts. The local vacuum repair guy says he only has a part number for the drive belt, which is UB-9. How do I find a replacement for the other belt, the one which directly drives the beater bars? By the way, this vacuum has great suction, but otherwise is far inferior to my previous Panasonic vacuums. The cheaper models aren't a good buy--stick with the more expensive models.

Very quite and on humid day's, I have to empty it every 10-12 hrs. Two day's ago it just stopped working, no indicator lights. I plugged it into another outlet to be sure with the same result.
