Clarke Instructions helo there. on the front brush head assembly the actuator motor that lifts the brushes up and down from the floor has a sleave and a finger that turns the motors on and off. when the head is lowered it comes on and brought back up it turns them off. this assembly controls when the pads start to spin and also determins the downward pressure of the pads affecting the cutting and or cleaning pressure onto the floor. how do i adjust the height at which the motors turn on?? t

The vacuum is making a noise like something is stuck when it is in the carpet position but not when in the floor position. I can't find anything that is stuck in the areas that I can see. I have cleaned the brush but it does not seem to want to turn. Does this machine need to be oiled so the roller will turn? Is there a way to check inside the motor? Do you think that because the brush won't turn that is making the noise? Do you know of any repair shops in the Lake Havasu City, Arizona area?
