It's brand new - just out of the box! Noticed the dirty water tank is bone dry. There is no suction! The front removable nozzle seems to be loosely attached.. The metal clip doesn't seem to hold it tight. Not sure if that is the problem. But I have a very wet rug! Suggestion?
