I cannot screw it back because the piece it screwed into can not come out. It is inside the machine.

I have a Hoover Wind Tunnel that has been used twice both times at Christmas to pick up pine needles. We have the water hooked up at the back of machine. there is a spout for the water to come in and fill the ice tray.but is does not. If we turn the water on it fills up the space under the ice basket. I keep getting red light and then the two smal llight one ice and one water come on. Bissell Powerease Lighweight Deep Cleaner. (Shampooer) After I fill the solution tank with the solution and water, I put it in it's slot, but all of the contents just come flowing out. I have only used this machine twice and it worked ok. You are supposed to press the trigger and the solution sprays out and then release the trigger when you want it to stop. But like I said, now I just put the tank on and all the contents come flowing out. I don't know what's wrong or how to stop it.

Hi, I have a Sebo X4 which is almost 3 years old. I haven't had any problems with it until the last couple of days when I notice a slight screeching noise when in upright position, coming from the roller mechanism area.
