Sewing machine will not start at all - Vacuums
I would check to see if your getting voltage to the foot pedal with a volt meter. Make sure the power cord is not cracked or damaged in any way. Operate the switch and check if you are getting voltage out of the switch to the motor. If you are the motor brushes could be worn and if you are not getting power to the motor the switch could be faulty

My Singer Izek sewing machine starts and stops and wont sew continuously. When I push down the pedal it sews about 2 inches then stops and light starts flashing, I have to let off of the pedal and push it again, over and over. It did this once before for awhile and then just started sewing right for awhile and now its started it again. I've checked everything.
If it's not the thread and not the pedal then it's definitely a power problem. You need to replace the power cable and then check again the functionality. ... Vacuums
Please please help me! I recently bought an Empisal Celebrity 550 Sewing machine, I've used it maybe 4 times up to now. Yesterday I was sewing with it and everything was working perfectly, today, when I got home, I plugged in the sewing machine and started sewing, just to see that the bottom stitch is completely loose. It's making this loose loops instead of stitches? I didn't change a knob or anything from working with it yesterday to today, so I don't understand how it all of a sudden doesn

I bought a Tacsew T8700 High Speed Stright Stitch and I should have paid more attention to the 'High Speed'! The motor that came with this industrial machine is a Tacsew Clutch Motor model: RM1878-1H. It is way too fast when starting out and usually breaks the thread. The local company I bought it from told me there was not a user manual for the machine or the motor :P. I've finally gottin the tensions adjudsted but still need to be able to start sewing at a slower speed. Any advice out the

My Janome Harmony 8100 will occasionally stop and give me a System Error #1 - I cannot find anything about this error. It is a computerized machine with 70 stiches and attachable embroidery hoop. I first started getting this error with the hoop and now get it when I am just sewing. As soon as the needle goes down to the bobbin, I get the error. The machine freezes and the only way to get rid of the error is to turn the machine off. Sometimes I can get the machine going again, but now it wil
I have a multifunction robotic auto vacuum cleaner model number XR210. It doesn't seem to be charging when at the docking station. The light is flashing on the docking station as if it was charging, but then I am getting intermittent noises like the vacuum is about to start up, then it beeps and goes silent again. I have emptied the machine. The display does not read 88 as if there is a malfunction, so I'm really not sure what's wrong with it. If I put the vacuum to the docking station the displ
The rubber seal strip inside of the vacuum system on top and on the bottom has started coming off. I was wondering if I could reorder this rubber seal stripping to replace on my system. The model number on my system is #91740. MV 261414/1 is another number that was labeled on the back of machine as well. We ordered it off of QVC and the name of this vacuum system is called, Cook's Essentials's Vacuum Packaging System. Thank you for you time. Look forward to hearing back from you soon.
My Kenmore sewing machine timing has gotten off. I am sewing a big upholstery project and it starting bunching thread from the bobbin. The thread is so heavy that I had to put some pressure just to get it undone. This happen a few times and then I found it wasn't sewing at all. When I evaluated without the materials in place I could see the needle would catch on the white plastic piece under the bobbin and the thread would not catch on the metal arm. It appears to be off by 1/4 - 3/8 inch.

The vacuum won't start. I used it for about an hour and then turned it off and when I went to turn it back on ..there was no response. I cleaned every compartment on the machine and it's still not working. I also tried using a different outlet in the house. I've waited 24 hours thinking maybe it might have been just the vacuum over heating, but it's still not working.

I have an Eureka Express canister vacuum - I believe it's model 8284 - that just stopped working. Plug it in, turn it on, and absolutely nothing happens. I took it to the local sew and vac place and they say it's a circuit board that is no longer available. I've looked at all the parts lists and diagrams for that vacuum and I would swear there isn't a circuit board there. (I wouldn't have even thought that in 1989 they would have used circuits.) In any case, I absolutely love this machine a

I have a Janome DC2007LE sewing machine. I am trying to do a regular buttonhole. I have the correct foot on and the buttonhole lever down inbetween the gap. We have the Kenmore progressive direct drive (bagless) and have had it for about 3 years. We have taken good care of it, and paid quite a bit for it hoping that it would last for a good long time. It has started making a noise that seems to be an overflow air type of noise coming out of a bottom air outlet opening for when the air flow is blocked. We have looked into clogs, changed filters, and the whole works, to no avail! Quite Frustrating since I love this purple vacuum! The machine started
