Dyson dc 33 can't push - Vacuums

Our vacuum will not stay running.. We have cleaned both filters several times since dyson told us there was a switch which turns the vacuum off if the filter in the ball was dirty, but we still need to keep pushing the switch several times to turn the unit back on while vacuuming.

Have Dyson DC 14. When tilt to vacuum, the handle and coiled hose comes away from the unit. The problem started when the little purple ridged curved part on front of vacuum cleaner right below handle came loose and a spring fell out from somewhere--don't know where. I pushed on the purple ridge part and it snapped back on. Now, can't get it loose again, don't know where the spring goes, and handle still comes loose from vacuum.

I took the hose off to wash it then after letting it dry overnight I put it back on but Im guessing it there was still a little bit of water in between the grooves which ran to bottom of vacuum and now my dyson gets stuck, sort of like a tight hinge. It vacuums fine but I have to keep pushing it down to the carpet with my foot. How can I fix this problem?

Loud noise I have a brand new Dyson and it is great on all my floors except one of my area rugs when it starts making this really loud vibrating noise. I am not sure why - nothing is stuck in the roller or vacuum and it doesn't make it on any of my other rugs. Also it is really hard to push whereas all the other floors it just glides. I don't want to return it but I also don't want to hear this sound every time I vacuum.

I have a dyson canniter stow away vacuum. i've had it for 2 years and it just started having a problem. when i turn it on the motor starts just fine but the vacuum head does not turn on.
