Having problems with your Dyson DC07 Animal Bagless Upright Cyclonic Vacuum ?
Something was stuck in my brush and I had to take it off. How do I get it back on properly?
First look at your brush's ends- one side is round and the other is a bit rectangular also note where the band is supposed to lay on the brush . Before placing the brush back on take note of which way the brush is facing to match the groves inside the vaccuum shell and line up with the belt . Next the belt on the Dyson is extremely tight so you will need a screwdriver. Using the screwdriver- raise and stretch the belt so that you can slip the correct side of the brush into the belt. Once the belt is on the brush rotate and pull the brush to the left until the belt is resting comfortably on its designated spot. At this point you should then be able to line up the ends of your brush into the grooves of the shell and here a click. You are finished and should be good to go!

Upon putting it back on it appears I'm not getting the brush on properly. Does the belt go around the end with the grooves? Also do the grooves go on the right or left side? From my view point I am looking at the machine with it lying on it's back and I am sitting on the floor looking at the bottom of machine. Sure hope I haven't confused you too m

Brush turning slowly while shampooing. It starts out fast, but after a minute or 2 the brush is not spinning very fast. I have powered it off and let it cool down. I just started out so I can't believe the engine is over heating, just doing 2 rooms, can't even get through the first room. If I take the brush attachment off, then put it back on and then turn it on, it spins fast, but after a a few minutes, it's spinning softly/slowly again. Kirby diamond edition

My electrolux oxygen canister cuts on and off. I have to open and close the vacuum, or take the base of the hose off and then re-insert. I have to do all these things before it will start up again. I sometimes shake the hose around, then it will come back on. If I try to dust with the dust brush (like a lamp shade or shelf) and the suction pulls against the object, the vacuum goes off for awhile. Sometimes I'll have to reset the vacuum by unplugging the electric cord. I never get to finis

My Kirby shampooer - G4 - hardly used any water from the tank and no suds at all. Pet hair did blow out of the small slotted holes in the tray as I moved the shampooer back and forth, but the carpet was basically dry. I have an Easy-Flo central vac unit. The handle on the electric hose has a switch on the handle. With the switch on ''O'' in the center, it's off. On the left, is the ''I'' position. The vacuum runs but the power brush doesn't. On the right is the ''II'' position. The switch won't flip that way. It feels stuck.
