Your suction channel is clogged.look on the top of the base cover right up the middle.thats where all the dirt and hair goes before it gets to the dirty water tank.it probably clogged.there are some screws on the bottom that you need to take out to remove the cover.once you get the cover it will seperate into 2 pieces.which allows you to clean the suction channelplease leave feedback if i've been some help to you
