Hi On a Hoover convertable model U4497-900 I'm trying to replace the fan. The old fan cracked, then flew apart. Good morning. My elderly parents bought a Kichler ceiling fan for their living room 2-3 years ago - it has a remote and a globe design with a vive. The globe does not have any visible external nut to loosen to release the globe to clean it - the globe is screwed into the vine design which is attached to teh fan. I do not know how to easily remove the globe to clean it - do I have to ds=ismantle teh fan. I checked Kichler's site for over an hour - this may be discontinued.
